Edit to reply: I think you didn't take the review well. I included both the good and the bad so that new guests know what to expect and you, as the owner, can improve your facilities. To begin with, I didn't give you a bad rating, a 3 out of 5, or a 6 out of 10, so it's not a bad score by any means. Regarding the outlets, it's great that you have them, but if you put them in the middle of the bed, the cable doesn't reach the nightstand. It would be better to have two outlets, one on each side, or both on the same side, so people can leave their phones charging. Or, failing that, put a small shelf above the outlets to place phones for charging. As for cleanliness, I didn't complain, but a little extra attention wouldn't hurt, or perhaps the staff could pay a little more attention. Half a melon in the fridge should be visible, and I took it down without any problem. Long black hairs from someone's head on a white pillow are bound to be seen, but like I said, I picked them up, threw them in the bin, and didn't want to make a fuss about calling and having them come change the sheets and all that. I thought the parking lot belonged to the hotel, so I asked at reception if the open area was the hotel parking lot, and they said yes, that I could park there without any problem. So I understood that it was indeed yours, and in many other hotels I've stayed in, they open the gate from reception; it was simply an improvement. But if it's not yours, even if reception tells me it is, there's nothing more you can do. However, just as I mention the "bad" aspects, I also mention the good: you can feel safe because the Civil Guard is right across the street. That's why I say it's a mixed bag, both the good and the bad. The hotel is very well located, and the first thing I mention in the review is the positive side: its price and everything else are better so that the hotel can continue to thrive, improve, and continue for another three generations, just as it has done until now. It's a cheap hotel, and being cheap, you know what to expect. The neighbors in the room above turned on the TV at 5 a.m. and started arguing, and you could hear everything. There are no outlets on the bedside tables; there are two above the bed, but a normal phone charger won't reach the bedside table. The other outlets are in the bathroom or where the TV and refrigerator are, but there's no place to put your phone, so you have to leave it dangling. The rooms weren't very clean; there were hairs on our bed, both on the pillow and inside the bed, and half a melon in the refrigerator. The bathroom doesn't even have a shower screen, just a curtain, and you have a real water fight. That said, the water is nice and hot with good pressure. The parking lot is an open area right behind the hotel, with no security, access control, or anything like that. However, it's right across the street from the Civil Guard barracks. I understand that the hotel can't do much about noise from guests (although they could restrict TV usage times in some way), but they could definitely put more effort into cleanliness. It felt like they only made the bed and put out clean towels in our room and didn't look at anything else.

My partner and I stayed two nights at this hotel, and the experience was, frankly, awful. From the moment we arrived, the room was disappointing: extremely small and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a constant, unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel that should prioritize cleanliness above all else. The staff left much to be desired. They were cold, unprofessional, and quite rude. Furthermore, they advertise 24-hour service, but in practice, it doesn't exist. There's never anyone at reception, and when you ring the bell or call the number provided, no one answers. It's frustrating and creates a feeling of complete neglect. To top it all off, both mornings at 7:00 a.m., the reception staff spoke very loudly, as if they were in their own homes, with absolutely no regard for the guests' rest. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Our experience was very negative, and we certainly won't be returning. One star because I can't give less.

We stayed one night, passing through with our children, and for a 2-star hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly and welcoming; they made sure we were comfortable, looked after the children, and enjoyed the food.
