Overall, a good hotel, and let me explain. The location is excellent. You're close to the city center without actually being in the center, just an 8-minute walk from Wroclaw's main square. There's some noise from pedestrians (normal if you're staying on a pedestrian street), but thankfully you're far from the main traffic... which is very noisy heading towards the center. If you're a light sleeper, the hotel provides earplugs (a nice touch). The street is full of great restaurants and all kinds of food. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The problem is that, according to them, due to environmental reasons, they don't clean the room every day, but every two days... well, that's not true. We stayed three nights, and when we returned after checking out on the second day, the room hadn't been cleaned. I know it's a two-star hotel, and many higher-star hotels would love to be like this one because of its quality, but this is unacceptable nowadays. We found the breakfast adequate. I had read that it was very good, but based on my experience in other hotels, I found it just okay—good, but just right. The staff's service has always been excellent, especially the receptionists, who were always very kind and understanding with our almost nonexistent English. Thankfully, they always showed interest. Google Translate is a huge help. All of this makes me highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Wroclaw. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

When you have a business that only car s about theoney and not the client service, this is what it looks like. I tried to change my booking dates, NOT canceling, just changing dates, because the course I was doing there was delayed to June, I told them with more than 1 month time previous of the booking dates, and after asking and explaining the motives and that I just needed to change dates, they just refused without any personal words. They just wanted to take the money for a time I was not getting there, instead of just letting me schedule other time. Didn't refund, didn't change dates, just took my money. Disgrace business, when I get back I'll personally get there and ask your complaint book. Shame one you.
