Very helpful staff. They allowed me to store my bike in the room, and even left it in the storage room on the day of departure until I left. Delicious food and they turned even an ordinary tartare into a work of art :)

Three wells – a name that says it all. At first, I thought the hotel was named after the three springs in the area. However, during my stay, I discovered that “three wells” is more of a metaphor for the number of visits to the reception that are needed for someone to start dealing with your problem. In my case – to get the internet up and running. After the third attempt, I started to wonder if Wi-Fi was just a legend that guests tell each other over breakfast. Since the online world remained closed, I decided to have an offline experience – a movie from my own laptop. HDMI? Forget it. The connection requires a password, which is apparently stored in a safe next to the recipe for a satisfied customer – and no one has the key to it. Check-in was like something out of a catalogue – a smile, willingness, a hint of hope. But the very next day, the universe decided to restore balance. Slovak services returned to their familiar position: nostalgically dysfunctional. The rooms feel like a throwback to past decades, the walls have an artistic touch – probably from previous guests. And if you happen to ask for a wine corkscrew, be prepared for a philosophical debate about why you should buy wine with a screw cap and that there is no corkscrew in the entire hotel that you could use. To be fair – the staff tried their best, with exceptions. They were nice, helpful, but obviously worked with what the management allowed them. And the management, it seems, doesn’t care about the basics. The result? Even the best intentions of the employees dissolve in a system that lacks vision, maintenance and interest in guest satisfaction. This is not the receptionist’s calling card – it is the management’s calling card. The entire TMR is an inflated bubble – a lot of marketing, little reality. Slovak hotel service has its charm if you are a fan of absurdist theater. And it doesn’t matter whether you are a domestic or foreign guest – the experience is universal.

I stayed here for two nights and really liked it. The room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helped me with directions and local tips. Breakfast was tasty, especially the coffee! The location is also good — close to shops and public transport. I felt safe and comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome! 😊
