Beautiful hotel in a great location. The view of the lake is breathtaking, the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the staff really goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bled!

The hotel is beautifully decorated in an old-fashioned style, with a beautiful view of Lake Bled, and the staff are friendly, especially Simon at the reception and the excellent masseuse Mojca, but everyone else too. There are a few problems, two beds are joined into a double bed, but when you lie down in the middle, the beds move apart and you fall between the mattresses. The weather was bad while we were at the hotel, so we used the wellness area, which we were very disappointed with. There were some black spots in the pool, two Finnish miniature saunas that can hardly fit two people, with a high edge at the entrance that you get stuck on, the entrance height is about 170cm, so if you are taller than 175cm, you will hit your head. The saunas should be open from 3pm, of course they are not turned on at 4pm either, you have to ask at the reception for someone to turn them on. The temperature is too low in the sauna, so you won't sweat even after 15 minutes. The showers have regular shower handles, most hotels have large shower heads, which is not the case. A big investment, but a much more pleasant showering experience. The kettle in the wellness area to make tea doesn't work. Due to all the above shortcomings, the hotel does not justify its 4-star category.

Cozy, clean hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Service was great and really friendly. The restaurant offers delicious, high quality dishes served with attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!
