Hotel Triton

Not happy staying at Triton, Nashik(21/02/2026 to 24/02/2026). Booked( MakeMyTrip)with hope for comfort & service. Mixed feeling of the place and stay. This is an average property. Rooms quite small and inadequately furnished. Very tight space. No night lamp.TV remote not provided, on asking staff has the audacity to say you operate manually on theTV unit. Reason for not providing, ‘Customers break them’. On check-in a staff came with a Coke can worth ₹40 , handing it to my wife stated it is complementary. Worst happened when I left the hotel , a call came stating that you have not paid for the coke as the staff had denied the management saying he had not stated anything like complementary. They asked me to pay ₹40/- on line. I paid immediately online while travelling.This was INSULTING and IRRITATING. It was felt the hotel management have no control on their staff. Beware before booking in TRITON. You may face such bad experience while planning for comfort, respect & good hospitality. Not worth. No thought for revisit. # Management( Mr Sharma ) should look into this for keeping his hotel’s image high. This type of issues create a long time negative impact on the business if not addressed timely. Best wishes Deepankar Tripathy

Overall decent hotel Pros 1. Located near all the mandira and ghats you would like to visit as a tourist 2. Comfortable and modern rooms with all the amenities 3. Professional team managing hotel 4. Parking is available at premises Cons 1. Room size is small but manageable . 2. It's quite noisy as it is located on highway . 3.Renovation was going on and polish smell was like all around Value for money proposition One incidence happen , I reached hotel at around 9-10 in night , the guard was fully drunk and could not walk properly , this is something hotel management should see and try to make it right
