Tugu Lombok is a place where the beauty of the island meets the soul of the people who work there. The sea at Sire Beach is enchanting, but it's the staff that makes this hotel truly unique: from the attentive and attentive management, to the genuine smiles at the front desk, to the kindness of the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff who, with discretion and care, keep every space impeccable. Every gesture is thoughtful, every word is authentic, every detail speaks of dedication. At Tugu, you're not just a guest: you're welcomed as a friend, enveloped in a human warmth that lingers in your heart far longer than the journey itself.

Hotel Tugu Lombok was truly a surreal experience. First and foremost, the property is gorgeous, with a beautiful beach, traditional Indonesian architecture, aesthetic pools and works of art dispersed. The rooms we stayed in, whether it was the alon-alon bungalow or the Bhagawad Gita bungalow, were spacious and well designed. But the best part of the hotel is the staff. I only remember Ruslan and Faisol but all of the waiting staff and behind the scenes staff were angels. They always greeted us with smiles and addressed us with our names, just reiterating the level of care and respect they showed towards guests. I have never connected with hotel staff as much as i have in Tugu Lombok. Turndown service was provided everyday without asking, where they dimmed the lights and even sprayed the room with mosquito repellent. There are no words to describe our experience in the 4 nights we stayed there. It was truly a magical holiday.
