What an amazing hotel in a charming city . Centrally located and close to the main attractions. The staff are so friendly and helpful , when we asked for directions , they walked with us to show the way , they go above and beyond . The food is excellent and the setting so atmospheric. Can’t praise this hotel and city enough . 😃

What an experience! I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Tugu Malang while on vacation in Malang. I had the opportunity to explore the beauty of this hotel on a "Hotel Tour" with Mr. Rio. He was kind, informative, and very friendly. My first impression of this hotel was truly amazing. How could I not be? There are so many antique interiors and items with a rich history. I was shown around the hotel, including Melati Restaurant, Saigon, Ban Lam Bar, and others. The staff was also excellent and friendly. Thank you, Ms. Celia, FO, and Thank you, Hotel Tugu Malang Team. I hope to stay here again when I visit Malang again.
