I’ve stayed at many 5 star luxury hotels around the world with different experiences at each property. My experience at Hotel TwentySeven was similar to those experiences with one caveat: the level of attention to detail here exceeded expectations. Our butler was made aware of a health condition I have and shared it with the service staff, who made sure the food that was served met my dietary needs. Every time I came up to reception, the staff knew which room I was staying in regardless of new staff changes. I especially enjoyed the very subtle but elegant print on the white dinner napkins, that was a very nice touch! Overall I can tell that this hotel cares about their guests’ experience to make sure they feel very well looked after. Bonus points for having the most comfortable bedding as well, I appreciated that so much as someone who always misses their bed! If you are celebrating any special occasion the rooms here are superb. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Hotel TwentySeven in Amsterdam was an experience unlike any ordinary hotel stay – more like a scene from a stylish film. Even the drive there is an experience in itself. You drive right into the heart of the city, to Dam Square, and park directly in front of the hotel. The moment is almost reminiscent of a scene from a James Bond film, like pulling up to a casino: the car takes center stage, a brief moment of glamour – and then the team effortlessly takes over the professional valet parking. Absolutely uncomplicated and perfectly organized. Dam Square The location couldn't be more central – right in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, with a view of the Royal Palace and just steps away from the main attractions. Yet, the hotel feels like an exclusive, hidden retreat. The first impression upon entering the hotel is captivating: a little mysterious, almost like something out of the Addams Family – dark elegance, a rich atmosphere, luxurious materials, and an ambiance that immediately sparks curiosity. This very blend of mystique and sophistication defines the character of this extraordinary boutique hotel. The hotel is an all-suite establishment with only a few individually designed suites, each furnished with meticulous attention to detail – featuring exquisite materials, art, state-of-the-art technology, and luxurious bathrooms with Jacuzzis and steam showers. It's immediately apparent: nothing here has been left to chance. The service is also particularly impressive – personal, attentive, and of the highest caliber. The team attends to every detail, ensuring that you feel more like a guest in a private residence than in a hotel. The experience is further enhanced by the culinary offerings, most notably the Bougainville restaurant, renowned for its excellent cuisine, which makes the stay a gastronomic highlight as well.
