Unfortunately I can't give this hotel a very good rating. The rooms were worn and old. Many places in the room were dirty. The breakfast was not the best. For example, the apple juice had no flavor and the scrambled eggs had a strange taste. The service was not nice and polite like in other hotels. The good thing is that it is close to Eger Castle.

Very nice hotel! Kind staff. Generous breakfast. Cozy, well-equipped room: hairdryer, kettle, towels. Our room looked out at the castle. 😍 There are special animals on the ground floor. 😄

So I came to the hotel for 1 evening, I was tired after a trip to go home, so I asked if they had any free rooms. The person I checked in with was very nice, but it was a shame to “sleep here”. Because you can hear everything, the neighbors’ banging, giggling, from all sides. You can see that it is not insulated because of the noise. I also recorded a video so that if someone flushes the toilet who is near the room, you can hear it from my room. It is impossible to relax, so I went down to the reception to “complain”. I understand that the receptionist is not to blame, but the welcome she gave me was below criticism. I told her my complaint, to which she responded phlegmatically. I understood that I was already in the room, but I did not receive any help or anything. I do not recommend it to anyone, I do not know if room 302 is bad or all of them, but based on the behavior of the evening lady, all rooms are bad, as there are many complaints. I do not recommend it, look for something else!!!!!
