Excellent experience, very friendly staff who were at our service for everything we needed. It should be noted that they accommodated us due to some technical errors we made during the booking. The spa and pool were great, the water in the pool was warm... Breakfast and dinner are very good quality with a good selection of food! A hotel we hope to come back to...

- The cleanliness of the entire hotel is impeccable 5+ - Kindness and helpfulness of the staff 5+ -Food 4- They are replenished constantly, so you don't have to go early for breakfast or dinner. The constant smell of gas in the restaurant. -Spacious room and balcony, equipped with the same 5. -Cooling/heating in the rooms works perfectly. - The toilet also has everything you need, so you don't have to carry your own body milk, shampoos, etc. There is hot water all night. Frying and cooking can be felt from the ventilation in the toilet and also when we open the balcony. If you leave a note, towels are changed every day and hygiene items are replenished. -A double bed with mattresses, it would not be uncomfortable for one person, but this way you feel every movement of your partner. - Location next to the most beautiful promenade in Dubrovnik, hotel next to the beach itself However, the entire bay is a construction site, dust, noise on all sides. The hotel was full but we always had space in the parking lot. -Heated pool, great temperature, the entire spa area is clean, has everything you need and all the amenities shown work. -Bus stop for public transport right in front of the hotel. Close to the Old Town. The neighborhood has everything, from post office, cafes, supermarkets, DM... When you add everything up, it would be an excellent price-performance ratio if only the entire bay wasn't a construction site.
