A decent brasserie located on the banks of the Meuse. The daily special offered some pleasant surprises; the dishes were quite good and generous, the service was quick, and the waitress was very friendly. The price was perhaps a little high, as it definitely felt like a hotel restaurant.

A decent brasserie. We were served very quickly, contrary to other reviews. The set menu is a bit pricey, and we were slightly disappointed by the presentation of the food. However, compared to other brasseries on the street, it's cheaper.

I REALLY don't recommend it unless you have a lot of time to waste. 1 hour and 30 minutes to be served!!! 😡 What's more, we ordered freshly squeezed orange juice, which was probably juice from a carton. The lasagna was incredibly dry. Strangely, it was just a small bowl, while our neighbors at the next table had a very nice plate with raw vegetables. The waiter kept telling everyone it was coming, but nothing ever did. When I asked if he'd forgotten us, he went to the kitchen to tell us, "We lost your order," as if by magic. Then he came back and said, "It's okay." My response: "Ahhh, we're FINALLY going to get our food then?" (3/4 of an hour already). Then, 3/4 of an hour later, we were FINALLY served, and without an apology, of course. Other customers also waited just as long. When we finished our meal (lunch or supper? Judging by the time), he never came back. So I grabbed him to ask: why did my wife get a measly bowlful while the others received a nice, full plate? (for the same dish) His answer was, "I don't know, check with the kitchen." When I demanded a gesture of goodwill, he offered us a coffee. I wasn't interested because it was machine coffee. Then we had a digestif. I wasn't going to drink alcohol since I was driving, and my wife doesn't drink. That said, many restaurants offer a complimentary drink without you even asking. So he said, "Then check with reception." I explained the whole situation to the manager. His response was, "I'll see." We got a €2 discount! 😡😡😡 I asked him, "Is this a joke?" He replied, "You're not going to eat for free, are you?" 😡 My response was, "I'm not asking for welfare, but still, that's outrageous!" 😡😡 Honestly, what kind of establishment is this? It's a shame we can't give negative stars. Furthermore, they clear the tables but don't wash the wicker placemats! 😱
