Where do I start, walked in 26th to make a booking for 27th, 28th 28th, 30th Jan. And paid cash for 4 nights. We made this clear, but the staff pass us the room door card anyway. We tried to pass the room door card back, but she insisted we hold onto it. The 27th we went to check in and the staff told us we had already checked in. Weird. Long story short, yes you guessed it, the staff had checked us in on the 26th. After a big drama at the main desk they finally said ok she got it wrong and kindly let us stay for the 30th. They also said this error will come out from that staff salary over 3k.(terrible) First night we stayed there the was a party in the neighboring room. Walls paper thing can hear every word. Complained twice to staff finally quiet 11.45pm. They seriously need to invest in sound proofing the rooms. Toilet overflowing, wifi not working, not smart TV (required to pay 1k for a bond to hire a dongle from staff so,we can watch youtube on tv) Bathroom not good, water pressure not good. Only good things is location and breakfast. I don't recommend and won't be going back.

I do not recommend this Hotel. It was the same price as the hotel. I’m currently staying in vigan and the hotel in Vigan is a 10 out of 10. one redeeming fact about this hotel is Maya on the housekeeping team who went above and beyond. The breakfast is really bad. The procedures of the hotel are ridiculous. We asked for a second room key and said it’s a 500 peso deposit, we asked for an extra flat sheet as is the Caucasian tradition they charged a 70 pesos, we asked them to Makeup our room and they asked us to fill out a form for the request, I found that completely ridiculous. There was a form that we filled out on our first day there for maintenance to help close the fridge door as it was stuck and they never attended to that in three days we were there. Location is brilliant. Hotel is terrible. In the bathroom it says put out the makeup your room card… But it doesn’t exist in the room… The list goes on and on I don’t blame Staff. I blame the management. they ran out of one day and they supplied a cut in half towel as per photo
