Overall, it was a very good stay. Customer service could be improved. Elena seemed forced to be friendly and was sarcastic when answering some of my questions. I think it's always important for reception staff to be friendly and answer questions respectfully. The rooms, especially the doors, are in need of maintenance, and the area can be quite noisy on weekends (motorbikes, music on the pier, etc.). You can also hear the neighbors' doors slamming shut, as they have automatic closing mechanisms and are constantly being closed. Breakfast was quite good; the kitchen staff were attentive and friendly.

The hotel is basic but very clean and waterfront. We got a room with the view of the lagoon and could watch the flamingos, birds and boats from out balcony. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast quite good. I would stay there again.
