Great hotel right in the lower part of the town center, and on the second row from the Esplanade. Therefore, it's a bit quieter than directly on the Esplanade. Great breakfast and very friendly service. The reception and staff were all very helpful. The rooms were okay for the mid-range price. Unfortunately, what seems to be common everywhere in Grado (I don't know if it's the same in all of Italy) is that the showers are very cramped! As a normal, tall man, I had some trouble fitting in! Mini-golf is right nearby, and the nightlife is practically just around the corner. For children, the beach is really the only option; for more action, you have to drive quite a bit. Otherwise, pretty much every restaurant in this little town can be recommended.

A highly recommended hotel in the heart of Grado. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is exceptionally good. They only improve the coffee in the bar.

Four stars are unjustified in my opinion. The room had a squeaky bed and very (!) thin walls, making it feel like the neighbor's TV was on in your room. The guests weren't very considerate given the thin walls. At 12:00 a.m., a group of tipsy women wandered into the room, making sleep impossible. The location was good, but the rest of the hotel was disappointing, given the positive reviews.
