Although the room could have been better, the service was outstanding. The reception staff showed great understanding and empathy, and they didn’t charge the stolen card. We are very grateful for their kindness.

A truly excellent stay in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the owners and staff with great warmth, helpfulness, and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease. Unfortunately, during the first night, we had a problem with loud noises coming from the next room, which made it difficult to sleep. The following morning, we reported the incident, and the management of the situation was simply impeccable. They listened attentively to our concerns and immediately proposed a solution, offering us a room change without hesitation. When we entered the replacement room, the bed initially consisted of two singles pushed together. The real surprise came upon our return that evening: without us having to ask, they had completely replaced the bed with a double, exactly like in the original room. A gesture that truly impressed and surprised us, a sign of rare and genuine attention to the guest! The comfort in this room was also excellent, and we were finally able to rest in complete silence. The speed, kindness, and compassion with which an unexpected event was handled demonstrate a genuine concern for the well-being of guests. Comfortable rooms, top-notch service, and customer care that truly makes the difference. We recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly 5-star experience, not only for the quality of the facility but above all for the professionalism and kindness of the owners!

The shower was a disaster. It was impossible to regulate the temperature, and the shower screen didn't stop the water from splashing out. Everything else was very good; the rooms (apart from the carpet) are nice, modern, and cozy. The bed was excellent. The area is good, with some exceptions like the walk from the train station or the neighborhoods behind the hotel. It's well located for walking to the city center in about half an hour.
