Spectacular experience — and the highlight is the recreation team! We chose the hotel for its proximity to São Paulo and were pleasantly surprised. We arrived at night and were warmly welcomed with a generous dinner. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable chalet with a great shower and everything working perfectly. The staff was always polite and welcoming. The meals are well-served, varied and plentiful, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea included. Comfortable overall structure, lots of greenery and a family atmosphere. The pool area could have more chairs and shade, and the gym is quite basic, but nothing that compromises the stay. The fishing lake was a bonus for us, although still underutilized by the hotel. Now the big difference: the recreation. The "Santinhos" (little saints) simply take the experience to another level. Extremely lively, polite and involved, they create activities that entertain both children and adults. The Carnival program was sensational, especially the electric trio and the color festival — moments that truly became family memories. The hotel alone would be worth a visit, but with the wonderful recreation staff, we'll definitely be back!
