Four of us stayed at Hatago 3 for two days and one night. We were very happy with the room, as it was perfect for just the four of us! The food was delicious, and we even got to experience the monthly morning market. Thanks to the experience, we had a wonderful time. We were blessed with good weather both days, but when I suddenly thought about what would happen if it rained, I was concerned about the commute to the bathing facility and restaurant. I wish the escalator from the Hatago building to the bathing facility had a roof. I understand that enjoying the view is a priority, but I felt it lacked comfort. It's not so bad in a light rain, but if it rains heavily, we'll probably get soaked on the way to and from the bath. And the rubber sandals provided in the room! Everyone kept complaining about how their feet hurt, so I'd be happy if they could be improved. Other than those two issues, I'm very satisfied! Thank you.

Perhaps my expectations were too high based on the information I received, but my impression was that it was not as bad as I expected. When I entered the room, I noticed stains on the carpet and sofa. The facilities also showed signs of age here and there, considering it's only five years old. We didn't use the large public bath, but the bathroom with a bathtub was spacious and looked easy to use. The pajamas provided were very comfortable. You can see the magnificent natural scenery from the room. It was a Saturday night, but it was very quiet and we didn't meet many people. We tried to eat dinner at a restaurant in VISON at 7pm, but there were very few restaurants open and we almost went hungry. The surrounding restaurants also close at 6pm, so be careful at night. To get to the bath and breakfast, you have to walk up and down the mountain, so even though there are elevators and ramps, it may be difficult for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I'm not sure if it was three times as impressive as a room I usually stay in that costs around 10,000 yen per person. I guess it's the cost of the bath and breakfast.

We stayed in a "Comfort Suite Room with Open-Air Bath" this time, and had a wonderful time where the whole family could truly relax. The entire hotel was incredibly clean. The open-air bath in our room was larger than we expected, big enough for the whole family (two adults and three children excluding elementary school students) to bathe together, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time together. Our children were delighted and seemed to enjoy their stay to the fullest. In addition, not only was the toilet equipped with a heated toilet seat, but the amenities were also very comprehensive, showing great attention to detail. The service and facilities exceeded our expectations, giving this hotel an unquestionable 5-star rating. The staff were also very courteous, making this a fantastic place to stay, and we'd definitely like to return as a family.
