Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach

Zero stars if i can. I stayed here a while back and decided to make a review which I dont do often. I came here to realize what a mistake I made. I was on a business trip and wanted something reasonable. My room was moved multiple times and multiple times I seen mold on the ceiling and headboard of these rooms. What a health hazard. Finally got a room that was a little better. Walking around with my socks to see that they are black from dirt and hairy is disgusting. Carpets are terrible, they don't vacuum much let alone actually shampoo or steam clean it, something! It's literally at the point where it should just be replaced. Maintenance guy sits in his van smoking more than maintaining. Manager was a joke also, very ignorant and not helpful at all. You can easily tell that she lets everyone do what they want. This place is in terrible shape but has potential if it was under better management. After checking out, I called to try and talk to her. She won't even call back. Very unprofessional. The pool was even disgusting, cant even imagine going for a swim there. Breakfast was a joke as well. Imagine having waffles with no syrup cause they ran out. Room service just doesn't happen either. Oh, and Wifi also sucks. Next time I will pay a little more and stay elsewhere. I blame my experience on the Manager Melissa. A business like this needs a better foundation.

The barking in the door next to me was insane. The room had a ac/heat unit that didn’t work. They switched my room and gave me another room where the tv didn’t work. Then got another room. They did not replace towels/rags. The hot tub was pumping cold water. It was a horrible experience
