The room was adequate, as it was only for one night as a stopover. Breakfast was a complete disaster. The staff (four employees) seemed completely preoccupied. At 8:30 a.m., there were no rolls, no cold cuts, and no eggs. Upon request, they reluctantly added one type of cheese and some sausage. It was quiet, with only three tables occupied. The facilities were great, but the service was unfortunately nonexistent.

The Hotel "Wilder Mann" is located 5 kilometers from the "Behringersdorf" exit of the A3 motorway. Street parking is subject to a fee during the day, but there are some free parking spaces available in the courtyard. The check-in was friendly and quick. However, the reception is not staffed 24/7. The rooms are accessible by elevator. I had booked a single room and this time received a larger room facing the courtyard. I've also had a really tiny single room here before – there are apparently significant differences in room size. The room appeared to have been recently renovated. It was spotlessly clean, with freshly cleaned windows, no stains on the carpet, and no noticeable signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was also perfectly fine. There was a shelf for my suitcase and a power outlet by the bed. The mattress was rather firm – I found that comfortable. The breakfast is in line with the hotel's price range. There are no frills, but you still get a satisfying meal. I was particularly impressed by the hot frankfurters for breakfast – I've never seen that before. The Hotel "Wilder Mann" is reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely book here again next year.
