I was very disappointed with this hotel. I could not get my phone to cast to the TV, the water in the shower did not stay hot. I didn’t have an actual fitted sheet on the bed, it was a non fitted that did not stay on. The rooms do not have coffee makers in them but they were able to send one up for me. My hair dryer did not work and 40 minutes later the one they sent up did not work either making me late for my meeting. The bathroom towels were very thin and rough as well. I ended up checking out and going to the Beverly Hills Marriott instead.

This is my fourth stay here, and it's by far the worst. - shower leaks all night - chicken salad sandwich on rooftop didn't sit well - they couldn't confirm early check in despite Platinum status - they couldn't confirm late checkout despite Platinum status - coffee and Nespresso in second floor was either our if water or not working - no green stay option for IHG members - WiFi had poor coverage on second floor and on rooftop Just didn't feel like we were treated the same here as every other IHG we stay at. Really disappointed
