We paid 500$ for this room on a Thursday outside of school holidays. Definitely not premium. The Calile Hotel is 700$ a night (It was booked out). Definitely worth spending the extra 200$. Hotel X is more a budget hotel. It’s also right next to a homeless shelter so it’s a pretty rough corner of Brisbane.

Service in this hotel is bad. Arrived on check in time wait 20min room still wasn't ready. Didn't check in till 3 They forgot about our booking. Rang them in the morning to get room serviced. Didn't happen. Rang twice for ice didnt happen got it myself from the roof top bar. On check out over charged us for drinks we didnt have. Excellent spot if your going out in the valley or a event near there.
