This is my second stay in this hotel, people who work there are amazing, restaurant downstairs is a hit or miss, I'm sorry to say but the cook is mediocre, lemon chicken is so sweet it could be a desert, and some other things are just so over salted. Restaurant on top floor has amazing food. Room, I had ti get a second card as ac barely keeps up and humidity is super high, bathroom vent did not work, therefore there is some mold and heavy unpleasant smell, when I arrived at the hotel, it smelled like a heavily bleached, the faucet was clogged, and 2 days out of 5, service took towels and left none, my lady called downstairs to get somone bring towels and nobody showed up, we used the hand towels, 2 days later we had zero towels, also water or coffee cubs should be set down so dust won't settle on the bottom, bottom line, hire a good mentainance guy because people that currently work there are doing poor job, and you have a opportunity to be great. Outside of few things, I did have a ok stay there.

Big space and modern room. Staff are helpful. Parking can be a pain specially if they have plenty of visitors. Pricey but food can be good. Breakfast used to be buffets not sure when did it changed. It was much better but the free breakfast is quite good and big helpings. The room doesn'thave a menu or water for your kettle. You have to keep asking downstairs. And wifi can be a pain, you have to keep re-logging in. A tiles on the shower room was a bit loose and water getting stock. Every hotel we have been ( and we have been to a lot around Philippines) the plug is never clean! So many staff in the restaurant/cafe, the last time we were here for a snack they have forgotten my halo-halo.
