I understand room rates increase during the F1 race, but the increase should be justified by the value! The room was incredibly small! We only had one suitcase with us, and we couldn't even spread it out. There wasn't even any space for our personal belongings. After being outside all day, we were all sticky and didn't feel rested at all when we got back to the hotel. There was no elevator from the lobby, so we had to carry our luggage up there ourselves! The hotel also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The website advertised it as a new hotel, but it was completely different! Back in the room, we opened the door and took a short step to the bed, which was too tight for two people to sleep on; our feet would have extended beyond the bed. The air conditioner was also covered in thick dust, and the refrigerator was moldy. I was completely afraid to use it. The bathroom was also disgusting!!! I was exhausted and didn't get any rest these past few days, and my mood was greatly affected by the accommodations. The price increase was completely worth it! I was so disappointed!!! Extremely disappointed and frustrated! I understand that prices go up during the F1 race period, but if you’re going to charge that much, the quality should match the price — and this hotel definitely didn’t. The room was shockingly small. There were only two of us with one suitcase, yet we couldn’t even open it fully. There was no place to put personal items. After spending the whole day under the hot sun, we came back hoping to rest — but it was impossible to relax in such a cramped and uncomfortable space. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves. The overall environment felt like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The website described it as a new hotel, but that’s absolutely not true. When we opened the door, just one step took us straight to the bed. The bed was so small that our feet hung off the edge. The air conditioner was covered in thick dust, the fridge had mold inside, and the bathroom was extremely dirty — honestly, it was disgusting. We didn’t dare to use most of the facilities. We were exhausted from the trip and couldn’t get proper rest at all. This poor accommodation experience ruined part of our vacation. For the amount of money we paid, it was completely not worth it. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and honestly deceived by the misleading photos and description online.

I’m 4 days in to my stay at Hotel Yan, and I cannot recommend it enough! I’m in Singapore for my brother’s wedding, and they have made the accommodation and service 10/10 — staff is also super kind and the location is perfect for tourists like myself. So far, the stay has been fantastic
