The hotel is well-located and welcoming, but there are two issues to highlight: - The room temperature is inadequate. You try to adjust the thermostat, and it doesn't work. When you call reception to fix the problem, they tell you that it can't be adjusted in the room and that the temperature is the same throughout the hotel. Basically, tough luck. - On the other hand, the food. Not just bad, but awful. Of the three nights we stayed, we only had dinner the first night. It was the worst experience of our lives. We ordered soups as a starter, and one of them was waterlogged, tasteless, and clearly made with powder. And the other was the worst: it was a fish soup that, besides resembling sink water, was full of tiny pieces of fish and shellfish shells. If I gave it to my son, his throat would disintegrate. It's hard to make a bad soup, but this chef really nailed it. And the second course? Let's not even talk about it. In short, terrible accommodation despite having booked a huge, recently renovated room. I don't recommend it at all.
