Excellent service, friendly staff, always helpful. The room was clean and truly beautiful. The spa area was also great. We were very satisfied 🫶. The town is just a few minutes from the hotel and highly recommended. We'll be back soon.

We stayed one night at the hotel. Dinner was provided on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. The food was absolutely delicious on both days, with a really wide selection, well-balanced and fresh. There were also plenty of vegetarian options. Excellent! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The spa area is lovely and clean, however, it was so crowded that day that relaxation wasn't really possible. The outdoor whirlpool was constantly occupied, and many of the saunas were simply packed. Nevertheless, it's a nice area. The hotel bar... We managed to get a table in the crowded bar without any trouble around 9 pm... but the service... Hmmm. The first time we were able to order was around 9:30 pm, and the drinks didn't arrive until 10 pm. The second time was similar. It simply took far too long, even though someone at the bar had already inquired. The cocktails, on the other hand, were very tasty! We were there with another couple, and it would have been nice if they had reserved a table for us together for dinner, or at least let us know that we should take care of it. As it was, we each sat at a table for two, one behind the other. In the afternoon, we had a small beer on the terrace. The service was prompt, and the dark-haired woman was incredibly friendly! Grenzau is a beautiful place, so a stroll there is definitely worthwhile. The hotel itself is charmingly and, in some parts, very tastefully decorated.
