Although the hotel's location is excellent and the rooms themselves were clean, the room was completely overpriced for what it offered. For these prices, you could stay at a Westin or Marriott in some major cities. The rooms are very dated, smell unpleasant, and the carpets are so filthy that walking on them is disgusting. The bed is also awful: the mattress is far too soft, has a deep indentation in the middle, and desperately needs replacing. Adding to the woe is the meager breakfast, where absolutely no care was taken in the presentation, selection, or quality of the products. Often, items weren't even replenished, so the buffet was empty an hour before closing time. The service was friendly, but nothing special. If the rooms were renovated and the breakfast offerings drastically improved, this hotel could easily be rated 3.5 to 4 out of 5 stars at this price.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend. The room was clean, but a bit dark. Wi-Fi was available and worked perfectly. The breakfast was varied enough and included real bread rolls from the bakery – great! They also catered to food intolerances. There's a refrigerator with drinks in the lobby, in case you get thirsty.

We received a very warm welcome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good selection. We were also told that we could contact them if anything was missing or not to our satisfaction.
