I rented a room for New Year's with my family; the reservation was made through the Airbnb platform. On the second day, yesterday, when my family and I returned at night, we found that the key card was deactivated and there was no one at the reception desk to help us. Through the Airbnb platform, they tried to resolve the issue, but the host Michael never responded. We was left on the street with a 7-year-old child and my diabetic husband, whose medication was inside the room, so think twice before renting at this place. Thank God and the Airbnb platform, which was attentive to us and refunded the money for the stay. But think about it if you're going to rent here, because if you have a similar situation, they won't resolve it, and you'll be left on the street. I give the place a 2 for cleanliness; the facilities are okay.

Not a nice hotel. Pot smells outside. Laundry machines are not working. Friendly staff but overall sucks big time. Stay away!
