Towels and wash cloths in the room had hair in them and aren't clean and were dirty with makeup stains. Shower was not clean and had hair on the wall that my daughter didn't notice till she was going to take a shower. Will never stay at this hotel again.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Upon arrival I noticed it wasn’t like the pictures on the outside but weather a ware and tear is expected so I checked in and went to inspect my room. I always take pictures that way I can’t be accused of damage. As I opened the door I got worried the bed looked like it had been played on and the t v was on so I looked for belongings incase the double booked but nope it was just not cleaned well and the t V was left on. During my inspection I seen the toiletries were just thrown on the counter and I was like eh ok. Moved on to the bed. I always get the iron to run over the bed to check for bed bugs. There was no iron. Ok so I look at one bed there’s a hair on the pillow case and I said ok that’s nasty but it happens . Then I pulled the sheets back on the other bed and in the crease of the mattress was a bug, at first I thought it was food crumbs as there was dried up lettuce on the box spring, nope a for my husbands flash light. It’s a bug… legs and whiskers omg I left immediately and went to the check out. I showed her my pictures she said the owner never believes her like this is on going. I asked for a refund because now I can’t stay here. There’s nothing they can do to help me because I booked through booking.com so I contacted booking.com the contacted the hotel via phone and email no answer from either so they refunded my room then offered to help me only $28 to find something else on a whim. Then after calling booking.com around 7 times I finally got 128.00 from them to help rent my $350.00 room. This was my birthday trip and it was ruined . The owner never offered speaking to me about this at all and he was near the indoor pool. Sorry ownership . An apology would have been better than NOTHING AT ALL.
