I chose this hotel's family room because of its family-friendly facilities, but I was extremely disappointed with the room's safety design after my stay and want to warn other parents traveling with children. Many cabinets and furniture pieces in the room had very sharp edges. The TV in the family room was at head height for a young child, but there were absolutely no bumper guards or safety measures. One section of the slide bed was hollow, and the slide's incline was too steep, causing young children to almost stand upright when sliding down. During my stay, my children bumped their heads multiple times while playing in the room. One child bumped their head several times and kept touching their head afterward, complaining of a headache and becoming noticeably more sensitive and fearful. Another child bumped their chin in the room, resulting in a bruise. We immediately contacted the hotel, but they only provided an ice pack and offered no further assistance or follow-up. Instead, we had to constantly inquire and follow up. The next day, upon check-out, I raised the safety issue again at the front desk. The response was, "The hotel underwent renovations recently, so we haven't had time to install safety measures like edge banding on the furniture." However, when the hotel later contacted my travel companion, they stated, "The hotel has never had any renovations." For a hotel that advertises family-friendly rooms, the lack of any edge protection on the furniture is a significant safety hazard in itself; the inconsistency in their statements is also quite confusing. We hope the hotel will prioritize basic safety features in family-friendly rooms, such as edge banding on furniture and considering the height of young children, to prevent future injuries to other children. Parents traveling with children should pay special attention to the safety of their room environment. "Family rooms are not necessarily safe."

I booked the room because it was labeled a "family room," thinking it would be safer and more child-friendly. However, upon checking in, I discovered a sharp corner in the room without any safety edging. My child bumped into it and was injured, which was quite unexpected. When I reported the problem to the hotel, instead of showing concern or offering any improvement, they responded with, "What do you want from us?" Despite advertising a family room, the safety details and service attitude were extremely disappointing. I strongly advise families traveling with children to think twice before booking.

We came to a wedding banquet. The food and seasoning were fine, but the service staff were mostly older, indicating a lack of proper training and hygiene. Food service workers are strictly prohibited from wearing nail polish, gel nails, acrylic nails, or other nail art in the workplace, and are not allowed to have long nails. However, I saw a server with bright red nail polish (some even mixed with other colors) bringing food to the table. Because of their age and limited strength, each plate was slightly tilted, causing the food to shift slightly and be closer to the hands. When moving plates on the turntable, they grabbed handfuls without any regard for direction (some even touching the pick-me-up area). The serving chopsticks were placed on the napkins, making the entire stack of brand-new napkins dirty and unusable, and no new napkins were provided. In the end, we didn't dare use the serving chopsticks anymore and just used our own.
