It was the best choice to stay in Bangkok, the staff was amazing and helpful, from the doorman to the reception and the restaurant they were so nice, the breakfast was tasty and the view of the pool and garden was lovely, the rooms were good but need a little more renovation, overall nice and recommended

The hotel's location was excellent, but the reception staff, particularly Ms. Naa, the manager, were rude and inappropriate. The hotel needs more courteous managers.

Stay away! They ruined the end of our honeymoon Don't let the pictures fool you, this hotel is a serious letdown. A terrible experience to end our honeymoon. We booked a room with a balcony, and discovered that the windows were locked with screws. The balconies are for beauty only and you can't go out onto them! Anyone who smokes has to go down to floor 0 to the street every time, a serious nightmare. The rooms are very old with a bad smell, the toilet in our room was loose and moving. Even though it was a honeymoon, we were stuck on the 3rd floor with the view from the window being a huge concrete pillar that blocked everything. The pool is neglected and full of leaves, and the entrance to the hotel feels like an alley on a main road and not like a luxury hotel. The employees are good and helpful people, but the hotel itself is trash and the management disclaims responsibility and is not willing to refund a single penny because we booked through Aguda. "If you are looking for a honeymoon spot, STAY AWAY. This hotel is the definition of false advertising. The Balcony Scam: We booked a room with a balcony. Upon arrival, we discovered the windows are bolted shut. The balconies are 'for decoration only.' You cannot step outside. Smoking Policy: Because the balconies are fake, smokers are forced to go down to Level 0 (the street level) every single time. There is no other option. Room Condition: The rooms are dated and smell bad. Our toilet was literally loose and shaking. We requested a high, impressive floor for our honeymoon; they gave us the 3rd floor with a view of a massive concrete pillar. Total claustrophobia. Pool & Entrance: The pool is dirty, full of leaves, and the water pumps are extremely noisy. The entrance is unimpressive and sits right on a busy, chaotic road. Service vs. Management: The staff are actually nice and good people, but they can't fix a broken hotel. Management refused to refund us because we booked via Agoda, showing zero care for our honeymoon experience. This was the worst possible way to end our honeymoon. Do yourself a favor book somewhere else
