We haven't stayed at the hotel, but during the Christmas holidays we stopped by to ask about the services the hotel offers, and I have to say that the reception staff were very helpful, friendly, and respectful. Special mention to the young, blonde receptionist with long hair—a real asset to the hotel. We'll definitely be back.

Poor customer service, rude cleaning staff, low quality room service and when I informed them again and again in a gentle way, they promised to work on issues but never did. Phone service was down for 3 days and had to come to the front for every bit even water in the middle of night. Cleaning lady on the first day was so super rude. Manages were aware of these issue but showed no concern. Manager Yaiza showed concern but never resolved any issue. In our last day of stay, I asked Manager Cristina for table reservation for birthday dinner at their restaurant. She told me she would address the issue of poor room service and confirmed 8pm time for dinner for us, when we went there at 8pm, there was no table reserved for us. I told the front desk but no one even budged. There are too many much better hotels that are real 5 stars and one must consider those instead of going for a familiar brand like we did and had such repeated poor services and on top of it managers and customer service never cared. POOR overall!
