this hotel is the worst hyatt house i have ever stayed at and i always stay at hyatt place or hyatt house ..i booked at this hotel for 1 night on a business trip and when i got in the hotel the customer service was very good the representatives at night was helpful and understanding i got in the first room and it was ridiculous, the door was in terrible condition the floor was ripped the window curtains was dirty and stained the trim was disgusting and coming apart , the windows are so thin you can hear everything outside the insulation is none you can hear everything in the bar area from room on first floor the bed have to been a spring mattress very uncomfortable and squeaky, i had no choice but to leave as i would have never been able to sleep .. i ended up going back to the front desk to ask for another room and the guy tried to tell me there were no other rooms and somebody just checked in and took the last room but another room appeared on 3 floor but supposedly there was something wrong with the curtain but i did not care i just wanted to sleep after a long day and traveling after sitting at the airport for 2.5 hours . this room (306) the bed was better more comfortable and soft but the room was the same very unkept falling apart , trim broken cracked and coming off the wall the a/c was when turning on sounded like somebody kicked the door in it was extremely loud and an inconvenience while trying to fall asleep .. this hotel needs to be renovated and if not need to be closed down , the 30) room tub was dirty with hair in the tub still didn’t even look clean i had to clean the tub with shower gel , disgusting .. the staff however were very nice and did their best with what they had but the condition of this hotel considering it being a hyatt house was very disappointing .. the breakfast was okay only ate yogurt and fruit and cup of OJ .. never will stay here again the one star is for the effort of the staff
