Can’t rate the rooms cause I never made it that far. I’m a Hyatt member and I’ve always had wonderful experiences staying at Hyatt's with my cat. I booked the one in Redmond on January 3rd, as a getaway after working all the holidays. I made sure I booked in a “pet friendly” hotel. Checked the box “staying with pet” and when I arrived filled out paperwork for my pet. I’ve always stayed in pet friendly hotels at hyatts and never had an issue with my cat. Even filled out “feline” for species. Lugged all my crap from my car to the lobby and the girl who checked me in was like “ oh we don’t allow cats” why not post that on your website. Not “pet friendly” but “ dog only friendly” I drove 2 hours, paid 2 toll fees and paid non refundable down payments for activities like a seabus plane tour and massage for the following day I had booked 2 weeks in advance when I booked the hotel. Since my cancellation for said activities was less than 24 hour notice I was stuck with the fees. Shitty experience, snotty staff and to top it off when leaving to drive 2 hours back home watched a dog they allowed to stay in their “pet friendly” hotel take a shit right outside the door. Pleasant. A complete waste of time and money. I stayed at the Hyatt Vancouver a few days later and they went above and beyond for hot dog and I to make up for this terrible experience

We got two bottles of whisky and wine at our hotel, opened it, took a slip, then all that was gone the next day. We aren’t big drinker but when we confronted the hotel the staff said “we interviewed our people and they didn’t do it” Well duh, who’s gonna say they stole. Ridiculous. Stay away.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The front desk is nice. They have everything you can think of for breakfast. Even pickled eggs, my favorite. Highly recommend
