We normally enjoy Hyatt houses when we travel but this one was by far the worst. We were informed on check in that house keeping would come every 2 days. We stayed 4 nights and they never came. Trash was never removed from our room. We eventually ran out of toilet paper and towels and had to call down to the lobby for more. They told us the hotel was at capacity and that is why they hadn’t come. This seems like poor planning to me. If they are that overbooked and short staffed at least make sure the people staying with you have the necessities like TP and towels.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the location is convenient and central, the quality of service was lacking throughout my stay. One of the major drawbacks was the water pressure in the showers, which was extremely poor and made for a less-than-comfortable experience. Additionally, the lobby access was inconvenient, and the layout seemed poorly designed. The breakfast offered was also disappointing, with limited options and low quality, and the coffee was subpar, lacking the freshness and flavor one would expect. Overall, the combination of poor service, inadequate amenities, and below-average dining options led me to give this hotel this rating.
