I've stayed at this property several times over the past few years and was always happy. I was a bit dissappointed this time. The staff were rarely at the front desk, i had gone down several times to ask for some small necessities but each time no one was there. Even after waiting a few minutes, the staff I did see seemed a bit overwhelmed. I was informed the pool was under construction though when we passed by we saw nothing that would indicate that. We had booked two nights but opted to leave after night one when I woke up with several small clusters of bumps on my body. We DID check the mattress and didnt find any signs, but was too icked out after that point to stay longer.

Overall, it was a 'fine' hotel. The room was cheap. It was also feeling very worn. The air filters in the HVAC unit didn't fit. The sheets were showing signs of wear. The ceiling was discolored and the bathroom very very small. ||||The …

The official website shows a very nice swimming pool. The amenities listed includes a swimming pool. But, this location doesn't have a swimming pool. They haven't had an open pool in years. The lady I spoke with said she had been working at that location for almost two years and she has never seen the pool open. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. I could understand if they had an emergency or something, but this is just deceitful. "Oh but there is a tiny banner at the top of the page, and if you click on it, then you get a pop-up that explains the pool is closed" It's absurd. Just remove the pool from the website. Aside from the pool situation, the was a pretty meh experience anyway. The room wasn't very clean and had lots of wear. It just felt old. The ice machine was leaking and had a pile of wet rags on the floor. The wifi was included and the speeds were 'fine' - about 10Mbps up/down. The window HVAC unit had filters that didn't fit at all. It was clearly the wrong size and it just isn't the type of thing you'd expect in a decent hotel. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The breakfast was decent. I still don't understand the billing. They charged me $142.12 and then another $15.28...but the PDF they sent me said $117.12. Their online customer support is awful. I'm pretty sure it's all just crappy AI bots, but they aren't helpful and nobody was able to explain why I was charged the amount I was. I would not recommend this hotel.
