i really liked this hotel due to the convenience as it is very close to the airport. my room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. there is a good variety of food options close as well as convenience stores.

Rooms were great. Nice and clean. Up to date with new feel. But hotel restaurant was lacking in ambiance. Ended up walking to Marriott next door to enjoy a nice roof top terrance dinner. Hyatt offered a decent free breakfast. Parking per day was 37$.

Such a terrible experience 😔 First of all, there are so many 🐜 in the room. We didn't even eat in our room. Second, the cleaning is sloppy which kind of explain the first question. (Hair are everywhere even after house keeping) And finally, In-room amenities are horrible. You can clearly hear what happened next door and the movement upstairs. And the shower head has low water pressure. It's so hard to wash your hair. If you only stay here one night for the location, I think it's ok. Since it's nearby the airport. I can't think of any advantage other then that.
