At check out, my bill had a charge of something I didn't purchase, they took it off. When I arrived home, I noticed that they added the same amount again, I called them to get reimburse again. This happened 3 times and finally I had to reach out to my credit card company to get it resolved. The elevator is very slow. I will not stay there again.

This is the absolute worst Hyatt experience I’ve ever had. We arrived well after check out and we were told we had to wait for a room to be available as housekeeping was running behind. We waited approximately an hour after our arrival before we were allowed to check in. When we got checked in we were it into a first floor room with a lovely view of the parking garage across the street, every passerby on the sidewalk right outside our room, and a breathtaking sound experience from the street noise that was right outside our window. Sink was in the bedroom with no bathroom privacy and the room was so small one of us fell walking to the other side of the bed because there was barely enough space between the wall and bed to walk (photo of a size 10 shoe not even fitting between the wall and bed without going underneath). No food options for evening diners which left us starving after a night out visiting with family and so when breakfast time came along we were hoping for at least some nourishment and not a single thing either of us were interested in eating - not a single piece of sausage, and a non-commercial crock pot of something sitting on the counter? Disgusting. We’re World of Hyatt members and will probably never stay at a Hyatt hotel again and we’re leaving our vacation early because of how upset we are with these accommodations. I would like to point out the hotel is very clean wish is the point of some stars being given.

Everything really good. Greeted nicely upon arrival. Room was nicely laid out. Pillows kind of flat. Breakfast really nice as well and some options. Would stay again
