This hotel is excellent. The service is always great and on point. Breakfast offers a wide variety and is always fresh and delicious. The location is perfect—within walking distance to many restaurants. I absolutely love staying here, and the staff is always attentive and welcoming. This is my 4th time staying here, and they continue to exceed my expectations. Thank you for making my experience unforgettable every single time 😁

Walking distance from old downtown. Frontdesk is not at ground level, you have to go up through the lifts to reach there. You must try lulo (fruit)) juice.

The rooms and hotel in general was great. However, upon check out, I had to wait at the front desk while they checked my room for items used from the mini bar. They tried to charge me for chips and candy from the room, which I did not open. It seems like there should be a better system than this, as I’ve never experienced this before. Be sure to double check your itemized receipt before leaving 😀
