There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel, the hotel is high quality, and most importantly, it was a safe place to stay ^_^

We had a really nice experience at the Hyatt. During our first stay there were a couple of small issues in the room, mostly related to hygiene. They were minor, but noticeable. What really impressed us was what happened the second time we stayed. The team clearly made an effort to improve our experience again. The room was nice, everything was well prepared, and the service was excellent. The staff were polite, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. We truly appreciated how the team handled things and the effort they put into making our second stay much better. It shows professionalism and care for their guests. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for your hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant one. A special thanks to Mr. Amit, who personally followed up with us and made sure everything was corrected to a high standard. His attention and professionalism encouraged us to come back again. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciate the hospitality shown to us.

Worst experience, went for a buffet for my family function. The tags for veg and non veg food were mixed, and no staff was there to tell. On non-veg dishes, veg tags were put leading me to have a non-veg dish. Really spoiled the whole experience, felt like fighting but considering the family gathering i did'nt. If i am going to a 5-star resturant i consider such poor service to not be there, so much disappointed.
