Nice , plenty of potential for improvements though . Upon reaching the hotel , all my stress levels had dropped - definitely a place for health , relaxing and recuperation . Walks outside the hotel are fun and a nice challenge, whilst the views are stunning. The air quality is second to none . Excellent foods , both in the menu and on the buffet . Unfortunately not a single good nights sleep. You call your self a 5 star hotel , BUT: - sounds from other rooms echo - does a 5 star hotel randomly start building/ renovation . - perhaps fix the shower doors , so the water doesn’t leak and flood the bathrooms - simple fix . - very insincere guest manager , who said he would try and change our room , or at least provide ear plugs - he did neither

Hyatt Regency is one of the best property to stay in Macleodganj and Dharamshala. The property is situated in a secluded place on a hill side place. Rooms are spacious and washrooms quite well maintained, stocked with everything you may need. Their front desk team lead by Ms Monica , their hospitality team lead by Mr Pankaj singh set a very high standards of customer service. We were more than happy with our experience at the property.
