Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very bad, and I do not recommend it. - The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional, with no professionalism or courtesy in dealing with guests. - The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered a fruit platter, and it arrived smelling awful, as if it were spoiled. After I complained, they brought another platter, and I found a hair in it, as shown in the picture. - The room was uncomfortable, as sunlight streamed in because there were no blackout curtains, contrary to what is shown in the pictures. - The hotel's location is very bad and far from everything, making it difficult to get around and reach important places. A luxurious, comfortable, family-friendly hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Special thanks to employee Dhiraj for his excellent and professional service. I have dealt with him many times, and he is always smiling and doesn't let you leave the counter until he is sure you are satisfied and everything is in order.

Reception staff, in particular Christine, were super helpful. The "club" room we stayed in was very spacious, good bathroom facilities, really comfortable bed. The evening buffet in Sufra was plentiful, a good variety, decent wine and excellent friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Didonul, Yan, Kanggona, Ngu and Masousa (with apologies for inevitable spelling errors) Good gym facilities, location handy for the metro, public park access to Dubai Creek 10 minutes walk away Check out, wanted to pay with an alternate debit card to the Amex left on file (saving currency fees) but despite mentioning this twice during check out the Amex still got debited.
