Beautiful hotel with a fantastic pool area and excellent breakfast. The beach area was also great and we really enjoyed it. Check-in took far too long. The young woman wouldn't stop talking. Our booked room was no longer available, so we were given a so-called upgrade: a deluxe room with a bathtub but no balcony. Unfortunately, there was a musty smell when we entered the room. To avoid further delays, we accepted it, and a scented candle was brought to our room. Otherwise, the room was nice and modern. Good mattress and pillows. Check-out was also a disaster. The rest of the staff were friendly, except at reception. The good breakfast and the beautiful grounds are what ultimately led me to give it 4 stars. The Wi-Fi was also poor.

Resort hotel with a luxurious atmosphere. Well-kept and invested. Huge pool. Located on the sea. Varied and good breakfasts. The food in the pool restaurant and bar is very good. My children really liked the pool slide. On weekends, the proximity to the Cicada market is a huge advantage. We will be back again

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin became one of those places that stays in your heart. The grounds are wide and peaceful, with soft greenery and a clean, quiet beach that makes each day feel unhurried. Every staff member we met was warm and gracious. Housekeeping cared for our room with great attention. And on the day we left, Ms. SA gently helped my mother with her bag and accompanied her to the car — a small moment, but one we won’t forget. A truly memorable stay. We hope to return someday. Stayed in late November 2025.
