Fantastic location and the service is incredibly awesome. Cost to much for parking especially valet but when it's a major sports event it's worth it

My mother booked a stay at this location due to all the good reviews given but the experience was far from. My mother booked a reservation and the same day she cancelled due to weather issues not even 5 hours later, So you would think that falls under the 48 HOUR window, I would think so because the clock is still ticking. We called back and one of the agents were so kind to let us know that our fees will be waived due to is being under the 48 hour window. The agent clearly stated " You weren't event booked for 4 hours, so we will go ahead and waive your fees" The following day we received an alert from the bank that Hyatt actually took money out of the bank account. We called back and Tina stated the we will not be getting a refund due to a new policy that has been pushed but that has nothing to do with us. Whatever problems in house of course should be attended to and addressed but that does not mean to go ahead and steal our money after we were told that our fees will be waived. We asked to speak with General Manager and of course they have no number just an email. So we reached out via email. Long story short they sent my mother half of her money. Never received a phone call from the GM. He just read the email and said " Here, give her half". We want to be fully honored and they can't even give that back due to lack of responsibility on their end. This to me is unprofessional, inconsiderate, shows no accountability and lack of empathy.
