I stayed here for three nights during my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is absolutely amazing, surrounded by the beautiful ocean. The service from the moment I arrived, to the room and breakfast, were all excellent. I'd definitely stay again!

We went during the season when you can't go into the ocean, but we still had a great time. We stayed in both the beach house and the hotel, and the beach house was the best. It was spacious, like renting a condominium, so we were able to relax, and we hardly ever met any other guests, which was great. Breakfast was crowded, so there was a wait, but I think it was within the acceptable range. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Silence, the hustle and bustle, and nighttime cucina A three-day weekend after the New Year's festivities. My weekday stay, amidst the tranquility, was incredibly comfortable. Even the staff's voices over the phone were pleasant, and I never had to stand in the elevator hall. The presence of Camp Hyatt, where I could safely leave my children, gave me time to relax and not worry about the clock. The room I was shown was standard, but the soundproofing doors ensured privacy. The view framed by the window was devoid of unnecessary noise, just the ocean and sky. That's what I like about it. As for breakfast, I have to be a bit critical. After three nights, the same old menu can get boring. My family seemed to enjoy the French toast, which was too sweet for my taste. On top of that, even during the busy weekend, there were some instances where the intangible aspects (consideration) didn't quite match the tangible ones. The lack of decaf coffee and the fact that I was seated on the terrace despite the strong winter winds seemed to suggest the intangible aspects didn't quite match the tangible ones. However, the "Cucina" at dinnertime more than makes up for any morning dissatisfaction. As night falls, the space transforms into a sophisticated one, a world away from the morning. The smart service and the exquisiteness of the food on the plate make you forget you're with children. Our time here was without a doubt the highlight of our stay. All's well that ends well. As expected, the Hyatt has a strong presence. PS: The entrance to the parking lot is surprisingly tight. Please be careful if you're driving a large vehicle.
