Unfortunately, we arrived in Dubai just one day before the attacks – a situation completely unfamiliar to many Europeans and, of course, causing great anxiety. That's precisely why I feel it's so important to write this review. In this difficult and tense situation, the entire hotel team did something truly special. Every single employee was incredibly attentive, empathetic, and dedicated to making us guests feel safe and secure. We were constantly asked if everything was alright and if there was anything they could do to help. You could really feel that these were people who genuinely cared about the well-being of their guests. The team seemed to be available around the clock and did everything they could to make the situation as comfortable as possible. We will never forget this warmth and care. Even the little gestures made our stay special: Our room attendant created lovely towel sculptures on our bed every day – such a thoughtful touch that always brought a smile to our faces.
