Very poor, from arrival to departure. The food is lacking variety, not tasty, and looks awful. The rooms are absurdly noisy and very outdated. The staff is also not very cheerful. Unfortunately, the worst holiday ever experienced…

This is definitely a hotel worth returning to!! The hotel is very well-maintained, with beautiful vegetation and a nice little shop. The beach is pebbly and only sandy in some sections, so I recommend bringing water shoes. However, if you forget them, or anything else, you can buy them in the shop, which stocks clothes, sunscreen, SPF, cosmetics, food, various souvenirs, flip-flops, water shoes, toys, and so on. In short, everything. The sea and beach are really very clean, as is the entire hotel. The pool is very nice, and there were entertainment programs twice a day, which, honestly, was more than enough for me. The pool bar is open from 11 a.m., if I remember correctly. But if you're really thirsty, the water dispenser is always open. There's also a snack area by the pool, but they're not very good. However, this doesn't really bother me because you can always go to the shop and buy something. The food is truly delicious! I loved everything there! Besides the regular meals, there was an event for dinner every few days. For example, during my stay, there was an event with grilled items, and on another day, a seafood event. Truly delicious! The service was wonderful!! Very helpful and very kind! My favorites were: Xyla, Daniela, Elisabeth, and Zaharias. Kisses to you all! Great job! The hotel's location is also very nice, with several nice towns nearby to visit. I'd really like to go back there someday. I highly recommend it!
