This review assesses the spa and brunch experience. Upon arrival, we parked at the hotel and crossed the street (the spa is right across the way). We were given our locker keys and went to the changing rooms. They provide bathrobes, towels, disposable flip-flops, and the showers have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The circuit is good, and there's also a relaxation area with tea. We felt comfortable at all times since the groups are small, so the atmosphere is calm, quiet, and without crowds in the different areas. If I had to find a fault, I would suggest adding a few more hairdryers and power outlets in the changing area. For us, what really made the difference came later: the brunch couldn't have been better. From the service to the quality and quantity of the food, everything was exquisite. The breads, pastries, cold cuts, main courses—everything was delicious. You can tell the care put into the preparations and the intention of the entire team to ensure you have a unique experience, and they completely succeed. As soon as we left, we wanted to inquire about the brunch package as a gift, and to our surprise, they only sell it as part of a package. They should consider offering this experience separately for those who don't want the spa circuit.

There are a lot of great things to say about this resort that exceeds my expectations. Firstly, having stayed in some of the best hotels in my previous career, the bathroom shower was THE best shower experience ever. Doesn’t sound like much but it was…! Congrats on that. Secondly, the service and friendliness of staff was fabulous. Very consistent. The nighttime entertainment and the team - all amazing ! My only one suggestion was to make the bar entertainment last another hour - by the time you’ve watched the show you want to go to the bar and have another hour of live singing, dancing etc. I stayed B&B as I wanted to experience some of the amazing restaurants locally. But the breakfast buffet was great…! No one needs lunch after a hearty brekkie. Poolside was a mix of some entertainment with quiet moments - no Sunbed wars went on with ample sun beds and towels available. Attentive poolside service and a big thanks to Mirian for being super bubbly and fabulous. The hotel offers a great location - beachside right onto the paseo for some good walks and views. I LOVED the spa which offers great wet facilities and a superb treatment menu. I plan to come again and make better use of the available events taking place daily. Lots for everyone !
