I really wonder if people aren't commissioned to only give positive reviews. I'm going to give you my honest opinion. NEGATIVE POINTS 1. The hotel isn't a 5-star, more like a 4-star. 2. The rooms aren't exceptional. 3. Foul odors in the hallways and a strong smell of air freshener in the room upon our arrival. 4. The cleaning staff doesn't necessarily clean the room, only making the bed and changing the towels (a dirty, wet towel that had been used to mop the floor was left on the bed). 5. The reception staff needs improvement; they seem like robots repeating pre-recorded phrases, especially the women who never smile and are very haughty. 6. Regarding the children's daycare: The two women who are supposed to look after the children are neither professional nor welcoming. They paid no attention to our son and didn't even bother to play with him. I spent a good hour with them, and I can tell you that they don't take care of the children at all. It was as if they were the ones on vacation. POSITIVE POINTS 1. The activity leaders are truly dedicated; they do everything to ensure we have fun and a great stay. 2. The food is truly excellent, especially the fish. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Mounir (the porter) and Mr. Ahmed (the waiter), who were incredible people. They are dedicated to their work and put their hearts into making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. All the staff should follow their example.
