This was our second stay at this hotel this year, and we were very happy again. We stayed during the first week of October. The incredibly friendly staff deserves special mention, especially the reception team: Andrés, Pepe, Juan, Mercedes, and Mustafa. They truly make a holiday special. The animation team also puts in a lot of love and enthusiasm. The rooms are lovely, and the beds are comfortable. However, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable and not of very high quality for a 5-star hotel. The pool was also very cold at this time of year. It would be highly desirable for a 5-star hotel to have a heated pool during the cooler months. The food is varied and delicious! The drinks are also very tasty, and only brand-name products are used. The location right on the beach, the beautiful sandy beach itself, and the short distances within the hotel are fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
