Very nice luxury stay over the Christmas period at this hotel as a family with two children. Breakfast and dinner was very high quality, including the 'Christmas Gala' seafood buffet with lobster on Christmas Eve which was very special. Activities arranged by Yulia were excellent, including yoga, pilates, stretching and other craft activities and movie night too. It's great to do these with the children especially as many other places are closed over the Christmas period.

This is our second time staying at the Playa de Palma and it continues to impress. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the facilities are beautiful and everything is spotless, and the food is what makes us want to return. It's simply the best thing about the hotel by far; we haven't tried anything that wasn't delicious. The chef service in the restaurant is a touch that guests love, or at least we did. The only thing they should improve is the spa, as it leaves much to be desired compared to the rest of the hotel. Otherwise, it's a sure bet. Special mention goes to Lilia, who was covering for a colleague during our stay, as she provided impeccable service and a very thoughtful gesture.

The weather was not very good in early January, but thanks to the kind and welcoming staff, delicious meals, beautiful views, and clean, comfortable accommodations, we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their warm hospitality and care. We hope to visit again when the weather is better. We are also very grateful for the lovely souvenir dolls given to our children at check-out.
